Apply

To qualify for the TRIO Program, you must meet one or more of the following criteria:

  • Be a first-generation college student (neither parent has a bachelor’s degree) -or-
  • Be a low-income college student (according to federal guidelines) -or-
  • Have a documented disability

In addition, as a prospective TRIO student you must meet the following criteria:

  • Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
  • Be enrolled in at least 10 credits or more at Bellevue College
  • Have assessed into at least English 72 or higher
  • Have assessed into at least Math 76 or higher
  • Pursuing an associate’s transfer degree

To apply for TRIO, please follow the next steps.

  2. Attend your online or in-person appointment.
