Bellevue College CiHS Frequently Asked Questions & Answers

Applying to Bellevue College is the first step to participate in CiHS. Once your application is processed (3-5 business days), you receive a ctcLink student ID in your welcome email.
Enrolling in a College in the High School class means you are signing up to receive credit for your class. You must do this, it is NOT automatic when you apply. You must enroll in each class you want to receive credit for.
Activating your account is required after you receive your ctcLink student ID. This process creates a password alongside your ctcLink student ID so you can sign in and complete the enrollment process. PLEASE WRITE DOWN AND SAVE THIS INFORMATION.
Check Key Dates and Deadlines for the correct term and make sure you drop by the date listed.
- To drop a course without a “W” Withdrawal on your transcript means the record of your enrollment in that course will not appear on your transcript. This deadline is earlier than the final drop deadline.
- To drop with a “W” Withdrawal on your transcript means that you missed the above deadline and now will receive a “W” on your transcript in place of a grade. This just indicates that you withdrew from the class.
Yes, you can. However, you still need to complete the application for Bellevue College first and you will be assigned the same ID number. You can choose “Existing Users Login” after navigating to the application.
Contact the College in the High School office at cihs@bellevuecollege.edu and you will be added to the College in the High School Student Group for registration. When emailing, please provide us with your name and ctcLink ID.

Starting in the 23-24 academic year, College in the High School is free. However, if you still have unpaid fees from academic years past, you must pay them before you can register.
After you complete your Bellevue College application, please allow 2-4 business days for application processing. You will be sent a “Welcome” email to the email address you listed in your application. This email will include your ctcLink ID number.

Is the issue with: (please be specific)
- Your ctclink ID account activation OR the password

- ctclink number,
- First and last name
- Phone number that can receive text messages
- Picture of government ID
Try a different browser, ctclink works best with Firefox. Bellevue School District Computers work best with the Edge browser. If using a different browser doesn’t work, try clearing your cache or cookies. If the problem persists, please email us at cihs@bellevuecollege.edu
- This is not your fault! This means you don’t have the correct enrollment dates activated for your account.
- Email us at cihs@bellevuecollege.edu and let us know. We will resolve this issue and let you know when you can try again.
- Once we let you know you have the correct dates, please log out and log back in again.
