Application Process and Forms

Review “Teacher and Course Eligibility Process” Document. If you meet the BC hiring requirements for the discipline you teach, then complete the following forms and email them along with a copy of your resume, college transcripts, and current course syllabus. You can request the Application and Principal Recommendation forms via the email below.
Application for College in the High School
Download the Principal Recommendation Letter have the principal complete it and return
Email the documents by June 1 2026 to: cihs@bellevuecollege.edu
Once your application has been approved and you receive your approval letter, you can do the following:
Download and complete the CHS Paraprofessional Form first. Return it to ella.hicks@bellevuecollege.edu
Teacher Approval and Training
Your application materials will be forwarded to the appropriate CHS Faculty Coordinator who will review the materials and consult with their academic department. You will be contacted if additional information is needed. When the review is completed you and your principal will be notified via email of the department’s decision.
Upon approval, and prior to offering the college course at your high school, you will be asked to participate in a CHS program orientation covering program requirements, policies, procedures and student registration (led by CHS staff) and a discipline-specific training for delivering BC courses (including course outcomes and objectives, syllabi, assessments, grading, and teaching resources–led by your Faculty Coordinator).
