That information can indicate patterns of behavior, generating insights to point the way forward.
The Data Management Association (DAMA) defines data management as “the development of architectures, policies, practices, and procedures to manage the data lifecycle.” Put more simply, data management and analysis is the practice of collecting, organizing, protecting, and storing an organization’s data so it can be analyzed for business decisions.
