About Me
I have been teaching at Bellevue College since 2013, working in the English Language Institute, Adult Basic Education, and English Language Acquisition programs. In Fall 2022, I joined the eLearning team, where I support instructors in designing and improving their online courses. I also hold an Instructional Designer Certificate.
I bring many years of teaching experience across a range of educational settings, from elementary through graduate-level classrooms. My teaching has included subjects such as English, ESL, math, physical education, and art. In addition to Bellevue College, I have taught at North Seattle College, Shoreline Community College, and Seattle Pacific University.
I have also lived and taught internationally in Egypt, South Korea, and Turkey. These experiences have shaped my interest in language learning and cross-cultural communication. I continue to study Arabic, Korean, Turkish, and Spanish, and I enjoy traveling and exploring new cultures.
