DesignPLUS by Cidi Labs is a powerful course design tool built right into Canvas. It helps faculty easily enhance the look, feel, and organization of their courses with no coding required. With pre-designed templates, quick styling tools, and guided design options, you can transform a basic Canvas page into a professional, visually engaging, and consistent learning space in just a few clicks.

DesignPLUS is available directly inside your Canvas course. Enter the Edit view of any page and use the shortcuts Option + Shift + D (MAC) or Alt + Shift + D (PC) to launch the DesignPlus sidebar. From there, you can explore templates, apply themes, and start building enhanced course pages immediately. If you don’t see the option, contact Interactive eLearning to work with an Instructional Designer to have DesignPLUS enabled in your course and get quick training to help you get started.
