Student Zoom Account

Students at Bellevue College get free access to a licensed Zoom account for online classes, meetings, and collaboration. Just sign in with your BC credentials to get started.

To access Zoom for your classes, meetings, or campus events, log in using Bellevue College’s Single Sign-On (SSO).
This ensures secure access and links your Zoom account to your Bellevue College email. Follow the steps below to log in quickly and correctly.


Log in to Zoom using Bellevue College SSO

Step 1: Go to the Zoom Sign-In Page or Open the Zoom App

Zoom is available on desktop and mobile.

Step 2: Click “Sign in with SSO”

On the Zoom login screen, select the SSO option, this is usually labeled “Sign in with SSO” or “Sign in with your organization.”

  • When prompted, enter your institution’s domain. For Bellevue College, you can either type “bellevuecollege” or use the full domain: bellevuecollege.zoom.us.
  • If you’re unsure of the correct domain, visit Bellevue College IT Support or ask your instructor for help.
  • Once entered, you’ll be redirected to Bellevue College’s login portal to complete the sign-in process.

Step 3: Enter Your Bellevue College Credentials

  • Log in using your official Bellevue College email and password. For example: FirstName.LastName@bellevuecollege.edu
  • These are the same credentials you use for other campus services.
  • If prompted, complete Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) by following the on-screen instructions.

Step 4: Access Zoom

Once you’ve successfully logged in, you’ll be taken to your Zoom dashboard. From here, you can:

  • Join Meetings
  • Access cloud recordings
  • Schedule or host Zoom sessions

You’re now ready to use Zoom with your Bellevue College account.

Check Your Zoom Account

  • Make sure your Zoom account is connected to your Bellevue College email address.
  • Confirm that you’re logging in using the Bellevue College Single Sign-On (SSO).
  • Did you sign in through the Bellevue College Zoom portal?

Browser Troubleshooting

If you’re seeing errors or Zoom isn’t loading properly:

  • Try clearing your browser cache.
  • Or switch to a different browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Edge).
