If you are taking a hybrid, fully online, or web-enhanced class we’re here to support your success. Each format may use different tools and teaching styles, but help is always available. You can get support through campus resources, online tools, or simply by reaching out to your instructor. Knowing where to go for help will keep you connected, engaged, and on track in your studies.
At Bellevue College, we use Canvas to deliver class content. We are here to assist students, navigate Canvas, learn about the tools and resources available for all types of online course content and formats, including online programs of study, hybrid courses, and online course materials.
Our signature service for students is providing Canvas training a variety of ways, self paced online workshops, facilitated online and on campus training sessions and throughout the quarter with peer to peer training in Canvas, the learning management system (LMS) used by most classes at Bellevue College.
This online workshop is great for new students and students who prefer a more immersive, hands on practice-based training.
This training is great for returning students, or for students needing to catch up on canvas navigation, available online and on campus for flexible access.
This training support is available throughout most of the quarter to for students to drop in and get answers to those “How do I” questions, no appointment necessary.
From Canvas and the tools that integrate with it, to meeting tools like Zoom, to AI, there are options to help you on your academic journey. We’ll help you navigate them.

The Library Media Center is open to students, faculty, and staff of Bellevue College, UWB @ BC Students, and EWU @ BC students. It is also open to the public. There are PC and Mac Computers with printing capabilities. Our Wi-Fi network also allows for printing from personal devices. We have designated areas within the library for collaborative work, quiet work, and silent work. There are also private study rooms available by reservation.
