In order to qualify for admission to our BAS in Healthcare Management & Leadership you must demonstrate completion of the following courses with a grade of 2.0 or better from a regionally accredited college:
- 5-credits of English: English Composition I (ENGL& 101)
- 5-credits of Technical Writing/Research Writing (ENGL 201 or ENGL& 235)
- 5-credits of College Level Math: Statistics (MATH 130 or BA 240)
There are additional requirements unique to each concentration:
The Radiation and Imaging Management (RAIM) concentration requires:
- Proof of National Certification in radiologic technology, diagnostic ultrasound, radiation therapy or nuclear medicine
- 5-credits of Human Anatomy and Physiology I
- 5-credits of Human Anatomy and Physiology II
The Healthcare Management General (HCM) concentration requires:
- 50-credits of business, healthcare, science, or accounting coursework (May be satisfied by completion of a business, healthcare, science, or accounting related associate’s degree)
- 10-credits of Natural Science (must include at least one lab course and one life science course)
Please Note: Students must have basic computer skills including basic PC file management, Internet navigation, and use of office products (including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software tools).
