The Bellevue College Health and Wellness Monthly Newsletters strive to inform individuals of observed health and wellness topics each month along with raising awareness of events and important dates for the Health and Wellness Bachelors Degree Program.
Important Program Information
If you are on a waitlist for a class, don’t forget you have until Thursday January 5th to find out if you have been accepted into the class so make sure you attend any waitlisted classes and continue to check in on your waitlist status.

- National Cervical Cancer Coalition recognizes January as Cervical Health Awareness Month
- Glaucoma Research Foundation recognizes January as Glaucoma Awareness Month
- NBDPN recognizes January as National Birth Defects Prevention Month
- American Red Cross recognizes January as National Blood Donor Month
- American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists recognizes January as Thyroid Awareness Month
Worldwide, Wednesday January 4th, 2023, is recognized as World Braille Day and Sunday January 29th, 2023, is recognized as World Leprosy Day.
