Tony currently instructs in the Health Promotion and Education, BAS program and teaches community health service-learning, practicum prep, and practicum in health promotion. He was also formerly the Program Manager for Health & Wellness and was previously the academic advisor for Health Sciences students. Prior to his work at Bellevue College he was the White Center Promise Director and Club Center Coordinator at South Seattle College. Tony grew up in White Center, WA and in 2012 he founded the annual White Center 5K Walk & Run to promote health and community in his neighborhood. He received his bachelor’s in Public Health and American Ethnic Studies from the University of Washington, his Masters of Education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, and his Doctorate of Education from Seattle University.
