Director’s Information :: Music Department

Dear Directors,

We are excited to welcome you to the 2020 Bellevue College Vocal Jazz Festival. I have some additional information – about where to go, park, lunch, and other Nutz and Boltz.

PLEASE Fill out and bring 4 copies of the attached Adjudication Sheet. You may also fill them out upon arrival on Saturday.

Parking: Parking is FREE on Saturday. Lots closest to Carlson Theater are 12, 14 and 15.
Busses: Busses should drop off at lot 14 (There is a large pullover area. Then busses should park in Lot 3b(or other wide-open lots of their choice.
Check-In – is in the E Building Carlson Theater Lobby.
Lunch – the C building cafeteria will be open for all groups to eat – you are welcome to Brown Bag and/or purchase Food at our Coffee Shop also in the C building.
Coffee Shop in C building will be open 10am – 5PM. Lunch will be available 10AM – 2PM (Sandwiches, Pizza, Soup, Sushi, Snacks, Soda and other beverages)
Lunch is also available at nearby restaurants – I recommend Eastgate or Factoria, which are the closest areas.
Instrument Storage: we will provide instrument storage in E101 (Stop Gap Theater)
If you need Keyboard, Vibes, Congas etc. Please let us know Check-In or by email.
