About Me
I joined OLS as the Associate Dean in January 2025. I have dedicated over 20 years of my career to education, focusing on inclusion and supporting young adults with disabilities as they transition into post-secondary life. From my early days as a teacher in New York City to my years as a school psychologist in the Issaquah School District, I have worked passionately to improve opportunities and outcomes for students. Prior to joining OLS, I was the Transition Specialist and a faculty member at Seattle University.
I’ve long admired OLSBC as a leader in the field of inclusive post-secondary education. It’s clear that this program sets a benchmark for excellence, and I am excited to build on that legacy.
Outside of work, I live with my family, including three teenagers (ages 18, 16, and 14), and enjoy playing soccer, running, paddle boarding, volunteering, and reading.
