Pound Rock-out Workout-May sessions

We have added new sessions of this popular event for May

Celebrate Health & Physical Activity Month this Spring Quarter. The Health & Physical Education Department is sponsoring two exciting workout sessions open to faculty, staff, and students.

What: Pound Rock-out Workout is a music-driven, drumming-inspired workout. Drumsticks provided along with high-energy music and step-by-step instructions for a great workout.

When: Wednesday, May 17th

Two sessions offered. (Please only sign-up for one session. There is a limit of 15 per session)

  • Session 1: 11:30am-12:20pm
  • Session 2: 12:30pm-1:20pm

Where: G-Building, Room: G-110
