Bulldogs Split Pair of Thrillers

The Bellevue College men’s basketball team defeated Edmonds CC on the road in a see-saw game that went down to the wire by a score of 63-60 on Wednesday January 15. Austin O’Keefe poured in 29 points on 12-16 shooting from the field. Bellevue could not repeat their heroics on Saturday January 18 at home, as they lost 63-61in the final ten seconds of the game. Darien Muoungvang led Bellevue with 17 points. The Bulldogs are now 4-1 in league and tied for second place as they head up to first place and undefeated Skagit Valley on Wednesday January 22 in a pivotal league game. The Bulldogs then travel to Peninsula on Saturday January 25 to round out the first half of league play.
