Sadie Tallman and Mao Nakayama finished first and second respectively in the individual standings at the NWAC Grays Harbor League Match. Tallman shot 77-75 to win medalist honors with ease over Nakayama who finished tied for second shooting 81-79. “They came prepared to play in the cool wet conditions at Highlands GC. Although a treacherous track, the girls use their wits and superior ball striking to outplay the field. Sadie dominated her competitors with her first place finish and showed she is the player to beat in the 2016/2017 season. Right behind her though was newcomer Nakayama who tied for second place after working hard on her game with coach Stevens this fall,” said Coach Bryan Stevens.
