Biography:

Deborah Leblang has two master’s degrees from Columbia University: Master of Arts in Art History and Archaeology and Master of Science in Architectural History and Conservation. Prior to completing her master’s degrees, Deborah was a research assistant at the Oakland Museum, the Palace of the Legion of Honor in San Francisco, the Museum of Modern Art in New York, and the Wallach Gallery.  Research projects completed include conservation of historic prismatic glass, Cosmatesque mosaics in Sicily, fresco conservation in San Juan Capistrano, and historic window restoration with the National Park Service.  Her current research focuses on arts education.
