All-Region Teams Selected: Bellevue Lands Four on First Team

Bellevue College baseball had four members selected onto the first team All-North Region team as selected by the region coaches. Ian Parmley was a repeat selection from 2009, but this year as a designated hitter after earning first team honors as a utility player in 2009. Seafth Howe was a unanimous selection pitcher after going 5-0 in league play. Howe had a 0.28 ERA and gave up only 2 total runs and 18 hits in 32 innings pitched. Cory Urquhart, who was among the NWAACC leaders in RBI’s all season, was selected to the infield. Tyler Cox, who had a breakout season after sitting out 2009 with an elbow injury, was the unanimous selection for catcher. Ian McKay and Blake Fulghum were named to the second team.
