Bellevue College men’s golf played two consecutive days of consistent golf to take the team title in the NWAC League Match hosted by North Idaho JC at Avondale GC. The Bulldogs shot a team-best 290 on day one, Sunday April 19. The  290 total was two strokes better than Olympic College. On day two, Bellevue and Olympic both shot team totals of 302; the top team score of the day. The two-stroke edge after day one proved to be the difference to give Bellevue the title.

Chad Hall and Jack Strickland finished tied for second overall in the individual standings and led BC’s team scoring with two-day totals of 144. Hall went 70-74 while Strickland shot 75-69. Strickland’s three under par round on day two was the low score on the day. Max Tucker shot 74-78 to finish tied for tenth while Taylor Smith and Brady Campbell both shot 73 on day one but ballooned on day two with 81 (Smith) and 82 (Campbell) to finish 15th and 18th respectively.

Bellevue will play this weekend in the next NWAC League Match held at Apple Tree GC in Yakima on Sunday, April 26 and Monday, April 27.
