Men’s Golf Fares Well at Grays Harbor League Match

The Bellevue College men’s golf team had a sluggish second day, finishing fourth at 19 over par, 16 shots behind champion North Idaho CC. “After leading the competition after day one they learned a valuable lesson in not taking anything for granted.  Second year player Isaac Hall prepared better than his teammates and finished tied for 3rd with a 72, 69. He was up at 6 a.m. for his morning run and was alert and ready for the 8:30 shotgun.  The putters were ice cold and as the pressure mounted and their lead dwindled, frustration got the best of them.  A fourth place finish did not sit well with the team and they insisted on going back to practice as soon as possible,” said Head Coach Bryan Stevens.
