Sophomore golfer Sadie Tallman, playing as an individual representing Bellevue College, finished sixth overall in the individual standings at the rain-shortened Saint Martin’s University Invitational held Saturday, Oct. 8 and Sunday, Oct. 9 at Olympia Country and Golf Club.
Tallman shot 81 on Saturday and 39 (for 9 holes) on Sunday to finish sixth out of 65 golfers. Tallman’s top ten finish was the best among two-year college golfers in the field, with a majority of her competition being NCAA division II golfers at the four-year level. Due to heavy rain, the tourney officials decided to cancel the remaining nine holes of golf for all players due to inclement weather. Here are the final results.
