Bellevue College men’s basketball fell in the final minutes in a closely-battled game on the road, losing 78-74 to Yakima Valley. Up by only 2 points at halftime, Bellevue fell victim to hot shooting by the Yaks, as Yakima sank 16-of-18 from the free throw line. The Bulldogs suffered from the line, making only 5-of-11 and also went cold in the second half from the perimeter, shooting only 3-for-11 from three-point land.

Jordan Muir-Keung led BC with 21 points. David Babayan added 14. Max Tilden led the Bulldogs with 9 rebounds.

Bellevue, now 9-3 overall, takes the weekend off before taking on Green River on December 30 at 12:00 p.m.
