Freshman guard Natalie Amos (Lynden HS) was named first team All-Region this week as the NWAC released the all-region teams. Amos was often explosive on the scoring front, having games of 40 points (77-73 signature win over Umpqua on December 17) and 32 points (84-71 win over Everett on January 30 on 15-for-18 shooting) this season. In league play, she was near the top in steals, having multiple games with five steals. For her consistent pressure she brought on the defensive front, Amos was also named to the NWAC North Region All-Defensive Team.

Freshman Amanda Luckett, who led Bellevue with here all-around consistent play with scoring efficiency and rebounding, earned second team All-Region honors. Luckett was a dominating force underneath and was Bellevue’s go-to person for reliability.

Here is a complete list of the women’s basketball All-Region teams.
