In their 2019 spring league season debut, the Bellevue College Bulldogs men’s golf team placed fifth overall at the NWAC League Match held Monday and yesterday at Veteran’s Memorial GC in Walla Walla. The Bulldogs finished 27 over par in the two-day event. Tourney winner Spokane was one over par with a two-day total of 577 to win the title.
Bellevue’s Zach Dea finished 13th overall to lead Bellevue, shooting rounds of 75-74 for a two-day total of 149. Ian MacKay was not far behind finishing T17 with rounds of 73-74. Other BC scores were Connor Stephens (78-69), Scott Rohlinger (77-76), Jake Ellison (81-74).
Bellevue has another league match next week on April 21-22 hosted by Spokane at Hangman Valley GC.
