Men’s Golf Takes Fourth at NWAC League Match

Bellevue College men’s golf finished fourth overall in the final NWAC League Match hosted by Highline College at Riverbend GC in Kent. The Bulldogs finished 29-over par over the two-day period as they bested their first day total by 10 shots. Bellevue shot 298 on the second day as Ian Mackay shot 1-under par while Scott Rohlinger and Chase Fisk both shot 1-over par 73’s. Spokane won the tourney shooting 12-over. Individually, Rohlinger had a strong showing by finishing second overall with an even par score of 144 (71-73) over the two days.

The Bulldogs finished in third place in the regular season NWAC standings behind league champion Spokane and North Idaho.

The ‘dogs have the next weekend off before the NWAC Championships held at the Home Course on May 19-20.
