Just minutes away from a victory, the Bellevue College men’s soccer team had it snatched away as two late goals by host Pierce College in the final three minutes of play allowed Pierce to come away with a 2-2 tie yesterday at Heritage Recreation Center in Puyallup.

With less than 10 minutes to go in the game Masahiko Kaneko’s goal made it 2-0 Bellevue before the ‘dogs were shocked with Pierce’s late surge as Pierce’s Mason Loudermilk scored a minute after Kaneko. In the final minute of play, the Raiders’ Kolin Springs found the net for the dramatic tie for Pierce.
