Women’s Basketball Falls To Everett

Bellevue College women’s basketball fell 67-51 to Everett on Saturday to wrap up the 2021 season. The Trojans outscored Bellevue 23-10 in the first quarter to set the tone as BC could not generate anything momentum-wise to gain ground. Bellevue put in only 4-of-16 from the field while Everett was red hot draining 10-of-20 in the opening period. Bellevue at one point was down by 20, 44-24 with 6:07 left in the third quarter before Mo Bungay connected on a three-pointer. BC would add five more points to cut the lead to 12 but could get no closer as Everett extended the lead to 20 again in the fourth quarter.

Rokki Brown was 5-for-6 from three-point range to lead Bellevue with 19 points. Bellevue finished in second place in the North Region at 13-5.
