Bellevue College men’s basketball lit up the gym with 61 points in the first half en route to a 108-74 win over visiting Highline College. The game was the third and final day of the Bulldog Classic held at Courter Family Athletic Pavilion in which the Bulldogs went 3-0 in after closing out with the commanding win over the T-Birds.
Everyone was on fire from long distance for BC in the first half as they were 10-of-16 from three-point range shooting 63%. Prophet Johnson had 16 points while Owen Moriarty had 15 along with 10 from Aydan Janssan in the half. Johnson and Moriarty finished with 26 and 24 points respectively.
With the three-game win streak over the weekend, the Bulldogs now push their record to 4-4 on the year and will host an NWAC Crossover this weekend featuring BC, Wenatchee Valley, Portland, and South Puget Sound. Action begins on this Thursday December 15.
