Bellevue College women’s golf standout Sarah Lawrence won medalist honors at the Columbia Basin League Match held at Canyon Lakes GC and Meadow Springs CC in Richland. Lawrence, the reigning NWAC champion, fired rounds of 78-72 to finish at six over par to cruise to a 14 stroke win.
Lawrence was two under par before the turn and fired a two over on the back for her even par round.
Teammate Tia Wolcott finished third overall in the individual standings with rounds of 87-78.
The Bulldogs were unable to post a team score due to roster size. Bellevue plays this weekend hosting the Bellevue League Match at West Seattle GC.
