Early Goals By Everett Doom Bellevue Men’s Soccer

Bellevue College men’s soccer fell behind 2-0 early on in the first half and could not recover as visiting Everett topped Bellevue 3-1 in North Region play.

The early aggressiveness by the Trojans showed as Everett outshot BC 12-7 in the first half. The Trojans added a third goal just 25 seconds into the second half making the comeback even tougher. Everett’s goalkeeper Paddy Murphy was the difference maker, saving all seven shot Bellevue fired on goal for the day.

Bellevue is now 3-2 in league play and 4-3 overall. They travel to play undefeated and first place Peninsula this Wed. Oct. 2 at 4:15 p.m.
