
Bellevue College men’s golf kicked off their 2025 spring portion of the season with a fourth place showing at the competitive Pacific Invitational, held at Pumpkin Ridge GC in North Plains, OR. The tourney featured ten teams, all of which were NCAA Division III or NAIA affiliated. Bellevue was the lone junior college squad in the field. BC came out hot, tied for second after day one with a team total of plus nine. On day two, the ‘dogs struggled, going 25 over par. BC along with the host team Pacific, had the largest stroke differential from day one to two in the field, which caused the squad to slip to their fourth place showing.
The Bulldogs’ top golfer was Isaac Elaimy, who finished tied for seventh overall. He shot even par on day one before carding a four-over-par 76 on day two. On Saturday, Elaimy birdied holes 17 and 18 while his Sunday round was highlighted by an eagle on hole 10.
Saum Sabetian and Kai Lambro tied for 18th overall. Sabetian carded rounds of 77-76 while Lambro turned in scores of 75-78. Charlie Powell competed as an individual and finished 39th overall at 18-over. Milo Stover (+16) and Matthew Davidson (+21) rounded out BC’s team scorers.
The Bulldogs have a month off to prepare for their next upcoming match Apr. 12-13 at the South Puget Sound Invite at Tumwater Valley GC.
