
Bellevue College men’s basketball used a 60 point first half to cruise to a 95-54 win over visiting Shoreline at Courter Family Athletic Pavilion. The Dolphins shot a dismal 25% from the field, making only eight of 32 shots while the ‘dogs were on fire draining 22 of 36 for 61%.
The game seemed over within the first four minutes of action as Sawyer Cottrell and Will Woodward drained consecutive three pointers to put BC up 12-2. From there the Bulldogs attacked from both the perimeter and underneath as Daniel Kabamba was six for eight in the half.
Bellevue was able to spread out the minutes in the second half, with the starters playing an average of six total minutes. Woodward led the team with 18 points and 12 rebounds while Kabamba added 14.
With a guaranteed NWAC tournament berth and an undefeated league record still on the line, Bellevue will host Olympic this Wed. Feb. 18 at 5 P.M.
