Bellevue College women’s soccer found no luck as the Bulldogs ended up in a 0-0 tie at Edmonds. Bellevue outshot Edmonds 22-3 including 10 shots on goal but could not find the back of the net in one of the oddest games of the year.
In a game controlled by Bellevue all day long, Bellevue put up 12 shots in the first half as Macie Masterson led the way with six on the day.
In the second half Bellevue had 11 corner kicks and outshot Edmonds 10-0 but still had no luck scoring.
With the tough-luck tie, BC lost ground on first place Peninsula, running their record to 4-1-1 (5-2-1 overall). Bellevue hosts Whatcom next Wed. Oct. 16 at 4:15 p.m.
