Bellevue College women’s tennis lost 6-3 to host Spokane on Sun. Apr. 27. Hannah Legaspi was the lone singles winner for Bellevue, taking home number five singles honors 3-6, 6-4, 10-8 over Jaycee Oglesbee.
The Bulldogs fared well in doubles play, as Joy Bean Lowe and Shanna Chua won 8-6 over Elsey Carsey and Leah Lewis in number one doubles. Sadie Wilson and Emma Wetzel won number three doubles 8-5.
The Bulldogs will compete this Fri.-Sat. May 2-3 at the NWAC Championships held at the Yakima Tennis Club.
