Bellevue Takes Title In Men’s Golf Invite

Bellevue College men’s golf won with ease at the Corban Coastal Classic held at Salishan Golf Links in Gleneden Beach, OR. The Bulldogs handled the six-team field by 38 strokes in the runaway win, defeating all four-year schools at the tourney. As the lone two-year college team in the field, Bellevue shot 285-290 for a two-day total of 575.

Kai Lambro was medalist with 68-70. Henry Mills, a freshman out of Lincoln HS, finished second and also hit a hole in one on the fourth hole, a 176 yard par three.

The Bulldogs open up NWAC league play with a match at Oakbrook GC in Lakewood, WA. The two-day affair will be hosted by Highline College and will take place Sun.-Mon. Oct. 12-13.
