
Bellevue College volleyball, coming off their best regular season record in program history, added more honors with the release of the NWAC All-Region teams. Bulldog Sophomore middle blocker Mya Hejl was named MVP of the North Region.
Two other sophomores earned first team honors. Liv Deckard was named All-North Region libero. The third-year sophomore converted from outside hitter had 388 digs to lead the Bulldogs’ defense. Karisa Martin, earned opposite honors, despite missing half the season with an injury.
Middle blocker Olivia Chilton earned Second Team honors. The 6′ 3″ sophomore from Kelso had a breakout season after an injury limited her playing time as a freshman. Gillian Merhoff earned Third Team honors as an outside. The hard-swinging pin from Klamath Falls, OR had a team-high 224 kills.
