While Bellevue College is an “open access” college, students new to Bellevue College must first apply for General Admission. Once admitted to the college, students are provided a student ID number (also known as your “ctcLink ID”) and a Bellevue College email address. The processing time for general admission is typically 1-3 business days.

Students who have transfer credits should visit the Transfer Credit Request page to learn how to submit official transcripts from all regionally accredited colleges attended. Students should review and complete all five (5) steps on this page to successfully submit and transfer credits.

Make sure to complete the “Request form” (step 5)

On the Transfer Credit Request page, under Step 5, click the link Transfer Credits from Other Colleges, to navigate to the Transfer Credit Request page. On this page, click the Log in button to access the Request Form. Students must complete this transfer credit “Request Form” to apply all completed credits toward the Bachelor’s program they are pursuing. On this Request Form (2 minutes to complete) you must indicate the degree and program you are following (e.g. the BAS in Business Management & Technology) so that the transfer credits are applied to that degree.

Selective admission

The BAS BMT is a selective admissions program. Application to the program does not guarantee admission.

Are you ready to apply?

In order to be accepted into the Bachelor of Applied Science (BAS) in Business Management & Technology (BMT), an applicant must have:

• a GPA of 2.0 or higher*
• completed a minimum of 45 accredited college credits at the 100-level or higher*

If the number of applicants exceeds the number of available seats in the program, program administrators will prioritize those students who have completed the courses that are listed under “Recommended Prior to Admission” and “Lower-Division Program Requirements.”

To apply to the Bachelor’s degree program, use the Application Form button at the top of this page. The form will ask you for basic contact information and an unofficial copy of your transcript.

Students may apply and start on the degree program in Fall, Winter, or Spring. Refer to the table above for a list of application deadlines.

*The BAS BMT application remains open year round. Any application received after the Final Deadline will be processed for the following quarter.

What to expect

All applicants can expect a confirmation email within two to three (2-3) business days, confirming receipt of their application.

• Priority Deadline: If you applied during and met the Priority Deadline, know that all priority-applications will be reviewed together, and all priority applicants can expect to receive an email-letter within seven (7) to 10 business days post Priority Deadline with either an offer to join the program or a recommendation to reapply at a later date.
• Final Deadline: If you applied during the rolling admission period and met the Final Deadline, know that applications received during this period will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and applicants can expect to receive an email-letter within seven (7) to 10 business days post application-submission with either an offer to join the program or a recommendation to reapply at a later date.

Please note: If you applied after the Final Deadline, your application will be considered as part of the applicant pool for the next program start quarter.
