Ann is a tenured professor with over 20 years of experience in the healthcare documentation and administration field as an employee, supervisor, manager, business owner, instructor, and professional association president. She has designed both online and classroom-based programs and has taught a variety of general and administrative healthcare classes for workplace training facilities, public institutions, and private institutions. In addition, she holds academic and professional credentials in health informatics, medical documentation, and online learning management systems
