Getting a Driver’s License and State ID

 For Washington State Driver’s license card or Washington State ID/Identification card:

1. Review the requirements on the Washington State Department of Licensing (DOL) website:
2. Most students satisfy the proof of identity by providing:
   • One (1) document from the A-List, (e.g., your F-1 visa page), and
   • Two (2) documents from the B-List, (e.g., Birth Certificate, your valid I-20, or Bellevue College transcript).
   • You do not need a letter from Bellevue College to successfully get a driver’s license or State ID.
