Submit a New Request:

  • Select a request form below to enter the International Student Portal
  • Log in with your Bellevue College NetID and password
    • If you are already logged into the portal, you will be routed to your request form.
  • If you have any problems with the log in process or student requests, contact your International Advisor

Visa Invitation Letter

Bellevue College International Education does not issue visa invitation letters for parents, family members, or relatives visiting the United States for normal visits.
