Students interested in either type of laptop should contact the Tech Hub, either by visiting the desk or via email.

Printing

The library offers a printer in room D126K, which is underneath the stairs. Students may print from one of the computers in the library or wirelessly from a personal device. Black and white and color printing is available.

Each quarter, enrolled students receive a $15 credit on their account to cover printing costs. Additional funds for printing may be added at the Student Business Center on the second floor of the U Building.

Computers for Use

The library offers 20 PCs and 10 Macintosh computers with Internet access and software applications to support coursework. These can send print jobs to the printing network.

The Tech Hub is available to support:

  • Checking out equipment: laptops (four hour loans), cellphone chargers and voice recorders
  • Logging onto Canvas and Canvas navigation
  • Using the copiers and printers, including wireless printing
  • Finding places on campus and in the library
  • Trouble-shooting basic computer problems

WiFi

Two wireless networks are available within the library.

  • BC
    • This network is open to the public and does not require a login
  • Eduroam
    • This network requires a login. For Bellevue College individuals, the login is the same information used to access Canvas or email.
