Library Guidelines

The library’s borrowing guidelines detail information related to

  • Loan Periods
  • Overdue items
  • Renewals, which is to extend a loan
  • Returning Items
  • Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Items
  • Replacement Fees
  • Library Holds, which is to request an item be waiting for you at the library desk

The Collaboratory is a large space in the library which was developed as a partnership between RISE and the Library. It is a flexible space that offers student study and collaboration space and provides space for events sponsored or co-sponsored by the library or other units within Connected Learning.

The collection development guidelines outline the priorities and principles guiding the building and maintenance of the library’s collections.

Bellevue College Alumni and residents of King County may borrow a limited number of materials from the library. The specifics of the community borrower program are detailed in the Community Borrower Agreement.
