Jenn Pang is currently the Director of Science Outreach at Bellevue College. Before coming to work in higher ed, Jenn worked in the education arm of the Northwest Association for Biomedical Research, a nonprofit that, among other things, developed curriculum for high schools on bioethics. Jenn received her Ph.D. in molecular biology from the University of Washington; her graduate work focused on finding genetic targets for tuberculosis drug therapies. Never bored, Jenn is engaged with diversity work at the college, helped organize the first March for Science Seattle, is an amateur painter and collage artist, and also sings karaoke on the regular.
