BC Volleyball Motivated By Tournament Defeat

The Bellevue College volleyball team hopes to build on last season’s 23 victories by remembering one loss in the conference tournament. Four returning sophomores key this year’s team, which went 6-0 in its season-opening weekend.



BC’s DeMiero signs to play D1 baseball at Hawaii

Dominic DeMiero, who posted a 7-2 mark with a 2.74 ERA in 13 starts for BC this season, has signed to play Division I baseball at the University of Hawaii. DeMiero, named to the 2016 First Team All-NWAC team, helped the Bulldogs to a share of the NWAC North Region title and a fifth-place finish at the NWAC Championships.





Team Awards Announced

Austin Pinorini won both the Silver Bat and Most Improved awards. Dominic DeMiero won both the Most Valuable Pitcher and Player awards. Bellevue College's baseball team members recently voted for the annual team awards. BC coach Francis, softball staff named National NFCA NWAC Coaching Staff of the Year

Behind a NWAC regular season title and a third-place finish at the league championships, Bellevue College head coach Leah Francis, along with assistant coaches Sarah Hyatt and Danielle Orvella have been named the 2016 NFCA NWAC National Coaching Staff of the Year, announced the Association on Friday afternoon.


BC Men’s Soccer hosts I.D. Day for Interested Players – June 25
