If you are a current student enrolled in the CEO program, please check your BC email regularly for program updates and important information about registration, books, blocks, etc. If you have any questions please email your CEO Specialist or visit us in the U building, 2nd floor at the Center for High School Programs front desk.

In order to be funded for the CEO Program, all CEO students are required to meet with their assigned Case Manager two hours face to face time, each month.

Speak to your CEO Specialist about using the forms below to help fulfill your time requirement.

The CEO Program registration guidelines are:

  • Work to complete all required CEO classes in the following order:
    • 1st quarter: CEO 100, CEO 101, and CEO 105
    • 2nd quarter: CEO 102
    • 3rd quarter: CEO 103 and CEO 104 (taken together)
  • Meet with your CEO Specialist to review and get approval for your quarterly academic schedule
  • Retake any course you failed and work with your CEO Specialist on an educational plan
  • Continue with English classes until you have successfully completed English 101
  • No more than 15 credits per quarter. Exceptions may be given for lab classes

All CEO students must work with your CEO Specialist directly to be cleared for registration and must follow CEO Program registration guidelines. The CEO Program places registration blocks on students’ accounts to ensure they connect with their CEO Specialist.

NOTE** All CEO students must follow these guidelines regardless if you are taking CEO courses.

At this time the CEO Program is not accepting book returns.

NOTE** Youths ride free until they turn 19. Applications for the free Orca Youth Bus Pass can be found here Orca Youth Bus Pass.

Step One: Request a bus voucher from our department  https://www.bellevuecollege.edu/ceo/current-students/course-material-ordering/.
Step Two: Once you receive the bus voucher you will upload and complete the online Orca Application https://forms.bellevuecollege.edu/location/online-form-for-bc-orca-cards-test/.

Our office can take up to 5 business days to complete your voucher request.
