BC coach Francis, softball staff named National NFCA NWAC Coaching Staff of the Year

Behind a NWAC regular season title and a third-place finish at the league championships, Bellevue College head coach Leah Francis, along with assistant coaches Sarah Hyatt and Danielle Orvella have been named the 2016 NFCA NWAC National Coaching Staff of the Year, announced the Association on Friday afternoon.


Softball Honors Galore as NWAC and All-American Teams Announced

Rachel Delamare was named All-American for Bellevue. Bellevue College softball cleaned up in awards as the All-NWAC and NFCA All-American Teams were announced. Rachel Delamare, who will be playing at Oregon Tech next year, was named All-American outfielder.  The sophomore from Monroe hit .548 with 12 home runs and 50 RBI's.
