Noncredit Bellevue College Community Education students who withdraw (drop) a course will be assessed a $10 processing fee on all refunds. The processing fee will be assessed on a per course basis. A full refund (less the processing fee) will be made if the course is dropped at least three business days prior to the start of the course or event. No refunds are available after that time. Some courses, offered in partnership with 3rd party vendors, do not allow refunds. Please check the refund policy listed in the description for these courses. If a course or event is cancelled by Bellevue College Community Education, a 100% refund will be made.
The *deadlines for dropping a course are as follows:
Monday class – 5:00 p.m. on previous Tuesday
Tuesday class – 5:00 p.m. previous Wednesday
Wednesday class – 5:00 p.m. previous Thursday
Thursday class – 5:00 p.m. previous Friday
Friday class – 5:00 p.m. previous Monday
Saturday class – 5:00 p.m. previous Tuesday
Sunday class – 5:00 p.m. previous Tuesday
*Some courses have withdrawal and refund requirements that differ from this. These are noted in the course descriptions.

Community Education: In Person Classes
A refund (minus the processing fee) will be made if you withdraw at least three working days prior to the class start date. No refund will be made after that date. There are no partial refunds. A 100% refund will be made if Bellevue College Community Education cancels the course.
Community Education: Online Classes
- For online fixed start date classes, the same guidelines as in-person classes apply.
- For online flexible start date classes, refunds will not be issued once the course has been accessed.
- A 100% refund will be made if Bellevue College Community Education cancels the course.
Community Education: Hybrid Classes
