Our department will email your BC email when your request has been processes; please check your Bellevue College email a few times a week until you exit the college.
Bellevue College Open Doors Program provides students with a variety of additional resources. If you need assistance with completing a request/s, please reach out to your Open Doors case manager. If you have not been assigned a Open Doors case manager, please email ceo@bellevuecollege.edu.
Consumable & Transportation Requests
The Bellevue College Open Doors Program covers required materials for your classes and a Device Loaner Program. Students are responsible for the safeguard and return of any loaned device/s at the end of each quarter even if the student will need to continue with the loaned equipment.

Bellevue College One Regional Card for All (ORCA) Transit Subsidy Voucher Request
NOTE** Youths ride free until they turn 19. Application for the free Orca Youth Bus Pass can be found here Orca Youth Bus Pass.
Step One: Complete the CEO Quarterly Bus Pass Voucher Request.
Step Two: Once you receive the bus voucher you will need to complete the online form for the BC ORCA card and attach the voucher there.
Our office can take up to 5 business days to complete your voucher request.
These request take up to 5 business days to process. Once processed the student will receive an email with the voucher attached. Please view Bus Voucher instructions.
Note: The Career Education Options can only provides you with one voucher per quarter.
The dollar amount listed below is how much will be on the card once activated/redeemed. The voucher will cover the cost based on how many credits you are enrolled in.
ORCA Plus Options
- ORCA Plus Blue — $360 Value . Requires registration in 10 credits or more.
- ORCA Plus Silver — $180 Value. Requires registration in 5 credits or more.
