BREAKING NEWS
The implementation of ctcLink is under constant revision. This is necessary in order to provide the smoothest possible transition from the old system to the new one.
We have just learned of the following change and want to forward this information to you as soon as possible.
Fall registration and payments will end at 4:30 p.m. today. Once students activate their accounts in ctcLink (Nov. 17 and after), they will be able to withdraw from fall classes or make payments.
Registration will begin for Winter Quarter on Nov. 29.
KEY DATES
Oct. 28 – Final day for enrollment/registration changes in HP
Oct. 31 – Final day to submit an admissions application using current admissions systems
Nov. 4 – No edits to HP after 12 p.m. (HP is read-only after this point)
Nov. 8 – ctcLink goes live
Nov. 8 – New student applications to BC are accepted again
Nov. 9 – Staff access ctcLink
Nov. 17 – Students begin ctcLink account activation
Nov. 29 – Winter Quarter 2022 registration begins in ctcLink
Nov. 29 – Financial aid processing resumes (subject to change)
Dec. 12 – Last day to drop a class online by 11:59 p.m. (“W” will appear on transcript)
Dec. 20 – Grades due from faculty
Dec. 21 – Grades posted to transcript
