
Congratulations on your admittance to the Healthcare Management & Leadership Program!
Now that you have been accepted, please complete the following steps to secure your seat in the program.
The student handbook provides information on the policies, curriculum and expectations of the program. It is the responsibility of each student to study this handbook and to know its contents. Please read it carefully. The Technology Requirements list the hardware, software and skill sets needed to complete the online classes. You will be required to acknowledge that you have read the handbook and technology requirements when you confirm your acceptance.

Accept our offer of admission. If you do not accept your seat by the date outlined in your acceptance letter, you may lose your spot. We have limited seats and want you in one so accept your seat right away! Please use the appropriate form below:

Once you have accepted your seat, you will receive a welcome email regarding your education plan and first quarter permission numbers from your Program Manager. Meet with your program advisor if you have any questions about your plan! Please save the link below for your education plan:
Once you have reviewed your education plan, you are ready to register for your quarterly classes! Be sure to make sure you Register online through the college website right away to avoid being on a waitlist. Some of our courses are in high demand–meaning there are more students who want to enroll than we have seats– so be sure to register for your classes as soon as possible.
To register for classes follow these steps:
- Gather your Educational Plan and ctcLink ID
- Log into ctcLink
- Select ctcLink from the Dashboard
- Go to “Student Homepage”
- Select the “Manage Classes” widget
- Select “Class Search and Enroll” from the sidebar menu
- Select Bellevue College and the quarter that you are enrolling for
- Search for classes by using the course title or “HCI”
- Select the course that you would like to enroll in. Expand the course view:
- You can choose from: Add To Planner, Add to Cart, and Enroll
- Click on Enroll if you want to add your classes one at a time, or if you are only enrolling for one class, or
- Click on Add to Cart, if you want to add your classes all at once

The academic calendar provides details on important dates and deadlines for registration.
Put the quarter starts date on your calendar as that will be the first day you will be able log into Canvas for the first time. If you are a fist time user of Canvas, be sure to review the user guides prior to the first day of class to get familiar with the platform. Remember to log into classes the first day for “attendance”.
Stop by the Bellevue College (BC) Bookstore.
- Select “Find Courses”, select the term from the dropdown menu.
- Enter your department, course, and section information (HCI generally does not have section numbers). You can enter multiple courses on this page.
- This will return the required course material titles and ISBN #s.
You can then purchase them directly from the bookstore or search for other options that work best for you. There are many online book retailers that sell and rent textbooks.
